About Me
I have personally enjoyed crafting all of my adult life. I loved creating home décor and personal gifts for family and friends.
My professional career began after graduating from college as a High School English teacher in 1975. I taught high school English for 35 years and also taught college-level English at a community college for 22 years.
In between all those teaching years, I enjoyed crafting as a hobby. When I retired from teaching in 2014, I began attending Stampin’ Up classes with a dear friend who is a Stampin’ Up demonstrator. She encouraged me to join the company—especially since I was purchasing most of the catalogue!
I became a demonstrator in 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed:
- Creating cards for my customers who purchase them
- Teaching classes to my two downlines, who are also demonstrators
I’m also a proud member of the Upstate Stampers, a group of demonstrators in Upstate New York. We meet monthly to:
- Discuss Stampin’ Up updates
- Share our monthly theme designs
- Create two make-and-take cards with the month’s hostess
We create, inspire, and share—which is the Stampin’ Up motto!
