Designing cards is all about creativity and having knowledge of different techniques.
These techniques can include:

It’s also important to understand how to use the ink colors. The colors are grouped into:

Stampin’ Up also introduces new ink colors every two years, known as InColors. All of the ink colors coordinate beautifully with the stamp sets, cardstock, and Designer Series Paper.

Creating a fun fold takes precise measurements, so an excellent ruler is always needed!
