It’s 12 weeks to Christmas so it’s time to design our Christmas cards. In my Sunday video today I created a double easel card. The card base is Secret Sea cardstock 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2. The inside panel is Basic White cardstock 4 x 5 1/4. The sentiment is from the Traditional Labels stamp set. The Easel card base is Cherry Cobbler cardstock 4 x 10 1/4 and is scored at 5 1/4 and 7 3/4 fold the 5 1/4 as a valley fold and 7 3/4 as a mountain fold. Three Panels of the Traditions of Christmas DSP is used one panel is 3 3/4 x 5 and two panels 2 1/4 x 3 3/4. Adhere each DSP panel to the Easel card base. The Branching Out dies the third and fourth die will create the decorative front of the card. The largest die is cut in Gold Foil. The smaller die is cut in Cherry Cobbler and embossed in the Exposed Brick EF to add texture to the front. In the Christmas Greenery dies one will cut out a bouquet of flowers from the DSP. Another fern die will cut two ferns in gold foil. Adhere the two Branching Out dies together. Glue the two ferns in a crisscross pattern to the front. The bouquet of flowers is adhered with dimensions on top of the ferns. The sentiment and label is from the Traditional Labels stamp set and dies. It is adhered to the bottom of the bouquet with dimensions. The entire decorative frame is adhered with dimensions to the bottom of the Easel card base. The top half of the Easel card base is now adhered to the Secret Sea card base. Add the Traditional Sparkling Sequins in gold to the decorative front. This design is a beautiful display card.
