Stamp With Kathryn’s Kreations

This week’s featured design is a Gift card and Christmas Tags. The Gift card design is easy and can be created with cardstock and DSP. The first gift card is Pool Party cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 for the card base. The Traditions of Christmas DSP is 4 x 5 1/4 and is adhered to the card base. Set this aside and cut the panel for the gift card. Pool Party cardstock 4 1/4 x 9 and score at 2 1/2” and 5 3/4” burnish the score lines. Next cut DSP 2 1/4 x 4 and adhere to the lower front section. Using a 1” punch cut a half round circle at the end. Adhere the sides of the lower half with Tear and Tape on either side, then fold it to create the pocket for the gift card. Next cut a panel of DSP for the front of the card 3 x 4 and adhere to front of the card. Next cut a 3 x 4 panel in Basic White for the inside sentiment. Decorate the front of the card. I used the Traditional Labels stamp and die to decorate. Fold the gift card and adhere the folded card to the center of the card base. The second gift card pictured uses all the same dimensions but the cardstock used is Basic Black and the DSP is Modern Christmas. The coordinating Christmas Tag is the Seasonal Tags stamp set and the Patterned Tags dies both of which is in the Stampin’ Up Mini Catalogue. They are a fun set to create decorative Christmas Tags.
