Splash & Relax

Today’s featured cards is Stampin’ Up’s new Online Exclusive Splash & Relax bundle which will be available on May 5th. The card bases in both cards are Pretty Peacock and Pool Party. The cards are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4. The card on the left creates a scene with Water & Dotted Decorative Masks and the Rolling Waves Bundle. The Water Mask is colored with a blending brush in Pool Party. Next the sand stamp in the Rolling Waves set is inked in Crumb Cake and stamped off. The Rolling Waves dies have wave dies. I cut two of the waves in Basic White cardstock and using a Blending Brush in Pool Party colored the ripples. I then stamped the tube and beach ball in Pool Party and Pretty Peacock. I cut the flip flops and sunglasses in Pool Party and Pretty Peacock cardstock. I adhered all the images with dimensions. The sentiment is from the Rolling Waves stamp set and the label is from the Stylish Shaped dies. The second card uses the Beach Boardwalk DSP in the background. It is 3 7/8 x 4 7/8 and adhered to Basic White cardstock which is then adhered to a panel of Pretty Peacock 4 x 5 1/4. The images are stamped and die cut the same as the first card. The seashells die is from the Rolling Waves stamp set and is cut in Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock. Watch my Sunday video on Facebook to see how these two cards came together. Splash & Relax is a fun bundle to create summer birthday cards.

About Me

I have been a demonstrator since 2019. I believe that sending a handmade card is like “Sending a Little Gift.” I enjoy crafting a card with only Stampin’ Up products. The company’s products are beautifully designed and all of the supplies are coordinated by colors. The creativity of the cards or projects are created by me, Kathryn’s Kreations.
