This week’s featured cards are Stampin’ Up’s Festive Cheer Bundle, which is an Online Exclusive released on July 1st. The first card is a Garden Green card base 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. The embossed panel on the front is Crumb Cake and it’s embossed with the new Textured Tree Ring EF. The die cut out the bough twice in Garden Green cardstock. The ornaments are the two step stamps which I stamped in Real Red and Peaceful Pine. The dies each cut out 5 different ornaments. There is a die for the cap of the ornament, which I cut in gold foil. There is also an embossed die to die cut the bow in Real Red cardstock. The letters for the sentiment are die cut in Garden Green cardstock. The bough and ornaments are adhered with dimensions and the Garden Green strings are adhered with glue. The second card is the landscape design in Very Vanilla 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. The first panel is gold foil 4 x 5 1/4 and the second embossed panel in Very Vanilla 3 7/8 x 5 1/8. Before embossing this panel, heat embossed the sentiment in gold. Then it is embossed with the Textured Tree Ring EF. The two boughs are die cut in Gold Foil. The ornaments are heat embossed in gold and the caps for the ornaments and bows are all die cut in Gold foil. Both cards are decorated with the retired Traditional Sparkling Sequins on the boughs. Watch my Sunday Facebook video to see how the cards came together.
