This week’s featured cards are Stampin’ Up’s Christmas Crew Bundle. The first two cards are a landscape card and a top fold card design 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4 and 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2. The card bases are Basic White cardstock and Shaded Spruce cardstock. The next layer on the first card is Winter Dreams DSP 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 and the second card is Whispering Woods DSP 4 x 5 1/4. The first card’s second layer is die #2 of the Scalloped Christmas Cheer die in Basic White cardstock. The reindeer and the bear are stamped in Momento Black. Both are colored with Stampin Blends in Light and Dark Pecan Pie, Dark Crumb Cake and Real Red. The sentiments in the banners are from the stamp set in Real Red. The snowman in the second card is colored in Dark Pecan Pie, Dark Smoky Slate, Real Red. The trees are die cut in Shaded Spruce. The third card is called an Inside Out Fun Fold. The card base is Shaded Spruce in Two Tone Cardstock. Using the two tone cardstock creates less weight and thickness. There are two card bases card base #1 is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 score 1/2” on the long side and at then at 4 1/2. Card base #2 is 4 x 5 1/2 and score on the long side 1/2. There are two panels of Whispering Woods DSP at 4 x 5 1/2 and one strip of DSP 1 1/4 x 5 1/2 for the bottom of card base #1. Taking card base #2 and adhere the DSP to the front. Die cut 4 sets of trees in Shaded Spruce Cardstock. Cut a panel of Basic White cardstock 1/2” x 5 1/2 to adhere the trees. (I cut a snowdrift to the white panel before adhering the trees). Decorate the snowman and reindeer on the front of card base #2. The DSP Strip is adhered to the bottom of card base #1. The smallest Scalloped Christmas Cheer die will serve as a stopper for the Inside Out. Patiently watch my Sunday video on Facebook to see how Card Base #1 and #2 adhere together to create the fun fold. It definitely is a display card. If you would like to sign and send the card place a panel of Basic White cardstock on the back of the trees.
