Stamp With Kathryn’s Kreations

Today’s featured cards is Stampin’ Up’s Online Exclusive Ornamental Christmas and Modern Christmas DSP. It is an entire suite of stamps, dies, DSP, Baker’s Twine and Gold hoops. I demonstrated on my Facebook Sunday video how to use this set with Heat Embossing technique. The main colors inn the suite are Black, Gold and White. The Branching Out dies #2 and #3 were layered in gold foil and black cardstock on each card to create the focal point, either the Ornament, trees and Star. All the card bases are black cardstock with a Basic White panel inside. All the DSP are different patterns from the Modern Christmas DSP in the suite. The first card on the left is a top fold card, 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2. The second card is a landscape design, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. The third card is a portrait design, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. The background DSP on the first and third card are 4 x 5 1/4 and on the second card is 4 1/8 x 5 3/8. On the first card the ornament is cut in Gold foil and adhere with dimensions on the layered Branching Out die cut in Basic Black cardstock. The sentiment from the stamp set is heat embossed in Gold. The Black and Gold Baker’s Twine bow is adhered to the ornament with a glue dot. The second card again has the Branching Out dies in Gold foil and Black cardstock. The pencil tree is heat embossed in white three times and the sentiment above the trees is also heat embossed in white. The two sketched trees are heat embossed in gold and layered with dimensions between the pencil trees. The stars are cut with a die in gold foil. The third card uses the same Branching Out dies in Gold and Black and the focal point is the Gold Star cut in Gold foil. The sentiment is heat embossed in Gold.
