Opulent Oasis Bundle

The featured cards for this week is Stampin’ Up’s Opulent Oasis Bundle, which is available in the new May to August catalogue. The card bases are both 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4. The card bases are Barely Blush and Hydrangea Hue. The card on the right is layered with a panel of vellum which is embossed with the new Fern & Flora EF. The flowers are stamped with Barely Blush ink and colored with the Barely Blush shimmer brush. The leaves are stamped in Peaceful Pine ink and colored with the Peaceful Pine shimmer brush. Both the flowers and leaves are cut with the dies. The sentiment is from the stamp set and the label is from the Stylish Shaped dies. The card on the left is layered with a panel of Boutique Bloom DSP. The flower and leaves are die cut with the new Impression Die in Barely Blush and in Peaceful Pine. The next step is to place the die cutting side up with the cardstock and blade facing up, spritz lightly, then the impression plate and the plate number #4 on top before running it through the embossing machine. The detailed impression will then be puffy. I fussy cut the leaves away from the pink flower the adhered to the green flower with dimensions. I did that so the flowers would have green leaves. I repeated the Barely Blush shimmer brush on the small flower petals and the center of the larger flower. I adhered the flower and leaves to the front of the card with glue. The embellishments on both cards are the new 2026-2028 InColor Dots. Watch my Facebook Sunday Video to see how the cards came together.

About Me

I have been a demonstrator since 2019. I believe that sending a handmade card is like “Sending a Little Gift.” I enjoy crafting a card with only Stampin’ Up products. The company’s products are beautifully designed and all of the supplies are coordinated by colors. The creativity of the cards or projects are created by me, Kathryn’s Kreations.
